Well worth the hike to this lookout point with views of the river below. When weather is nice you can see sailboats, kayaks, and sometime yachts on the river. This spot also has several picnic tables for resting, which is nice.

Hier gibt es viele Wanderwege und auch Biker können hier schöne Touren fahren. Die Wanderwege waren sauber, obwohl nirgends Abfalleimer zu sehen waren. Wir sind von einem kleinen „kostenlosen“ Parkplatz direkt an der Staumauer gestartet und sind eine kleine Runde gelaufen (14km). Überall auf dem See waren Segelboote. Ein herrlicher Ausblick von der Aussichtsplattform verschönte unsere Tour. Besonders waren auch die Tafeln mit der örtlichen Beschreibung. (Hier auch in Blindenschrift). Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very pretty viewpoint. Accessible to almost everyone with a fairy flat path of 2.5km (One way) from the parking lot (bike or walking) but can also be combined with super long steep trails around the area. Nature around here is not man made and that's...

Ein schöner Aussichtspunkt. Es gibt mehrere Bänke und einen Unterstand. Die Wanderwege vom Parkplatz Büdenbach (kostenlos) führen zum Großteil durch schönen Buchenwald zum Aussichtspunkt. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Aussichtspunkt zu gelangen. Wir haben den Wanderweg am See entlang gewählt und waren für etwa 13,5 Kilometer gut vier Stunden unterwegs. Ist zu empfehlen. Als wir ankamen, waren einige Menschen dort, aber nach fünf Minuten waren wir alleine. Wahnsinnig viel Betrieb ist zumindest wochentags im Herbst wohl nicht...
