Nördlicher Teil und Ausläufer der Feste Franz, als einem wesentlichen Teil der ehemaligen Festung Koblenz. Heute wird ein großer Teil dieser Flesche als Friedhof genutzt. Die Festungsanteile sind gut erkennbar, aber nicht gekennzeichnet, und durch den Bau des oberhalb gelegenen Volksparks und Wohngebietes stark reduziert. Am besten sollte man vorher wissen, wonach man guckt, oder - noch besser - eine Führung im Zusammenhang mit dem nahe gelegenen zentralen Werk der Feste Franz machen. Insgesamt durchaus ein schöner Spaziergang mit interessanten Blicken durch einen überraschend ruhigen grünen Bereich in einem ansonsten sehr stark genutzten...
