If you want to stay 20 min in the queue to the toilet and another 20 min in the queue to buy skipass - that's your perfect place 😄 a hack: there is another toilet in the restaurant and nobody asks you anything when you go there. So, do not hesitate to go in the restaurant if a super queue happens at the external toilet. Lifts are super old. The highest schlepplift is really hard to use! I saw people falling off in the mid of the way on a very narrow steep path having no space to stand up and move away from the lift. So, it is up to your skills if you can manage to reach the top using this lift. I was lucky and it was really hard not to fall down from this old lift especially on that narrow steep part. I have more than 10 year of experience 😉 and I met such lifts in my life.. many ears ago in Karpaten. About the skitour to the Hirschberg, it is beautiful 🥰 if you want to go there, i would only say that it is a perfect choice. But, in case you do not use lifts, parking is 10 euros that is incredibly high for the region. a hack: if you take a skitour pass for 7 euros, you do not pay the parking. But take care, the lifts are terrible.

We have been here for some hours with #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet. First thoughts: even bigger than Oedberg, the ski-resort next to Gmund in Ostin in the northeast of the Tegernsee. I mean to talk about these places about Skiresort or so is quite funny isn’t it 😀. But I have to say: for our crew it’s exactly the right place at the right time. And Hirschberg is similar to Oedberg but bigger. And it’s focus is on families and beginners. Three drag lifts and one anchor lift up to the hill. It’s really exciting to stay here. Prices are ok and of course you can eat and drink there too in a restaurant or on its Terrasse. And something special: if you arrive by car you will get a free of charge parking during you are skiing ⛷ . It’s nice and we recommend this place strongly for young families with small kids!

That’s my absolute favourite ski lift for beginners super close to Munich. I’m just learning how to ski and I went there a few times now - every time feels great. Highly recommend to all beginners, kids and adults. :)
