MySpa – Your personal Wellzone — Attraction in Mainz

My husband and I attempted to visit after booking 3 weeks in advance after hearing great things from a co-worker. We were told how the private room/spa is just for one party and that we should not have any issue bringing our son (2 months old) into the room since we will be the only people in the room. The description sounded great and was unfortunately too good to be true. Once we arrived the check-in process was smooth, the young lady at the front was super welcoming and nice. She got us checked in and as we were getting our things organized another woman came and told us that we would not be able to take our baby because visitors must be 18. She gave my husband an email address to contact to get a refund, however as we were leaving she said something to the effect of the being listed on the website. After seeing some of the other reviews and the tone that was taken as we left, I’m not confident that we will get a refund.

Additionally, I think it is important to add that the FAQ says “ Babys, Kinder und Jugendliche können bei MySpa leider nicht eintauchen…..”. When translated on the app it says that babies and children cannot “immerse themselves “ which lead us to believe they obviously cannot get in the water, not that they cannot be in the same room as...

I was here 2 times, I paided for 2 most expensive types and honestly I feel extremely bad, disappointed today because of their service. Never come back.

I booked 2 hours (11am-1pm) for myself only, and when it reached 12:45 and 12:50, they rang the bell 2 times to ask me to check out. I acknowledged the time well and never crossed the time slot but this behavior is like they tried to cut my time. When I arrived no one was at the reception. The receptionist (who worked on 04.07.2025 at noon) didn’t set-up the room beforehand, he also didn’t give me the code so I couldn’t use the TV, I must wear my towel to go out of the room to find people to help and no one was there again, even when I waited and called their number! It already waisted me like 30 minutes for this shit. At the end, no apology from that guy. You guys really should consider again about the service. He should’ve set up everything, not asking the client whenever the client uses the TV or not. The ice inside the room wasn’t enough and it’s also not in order.

Wir haben für 2 Personen und 3 Std.das Exclusive Paket gebucht. Der Spaß hat 188 EUR gekoste und dementsprechend waren auch meine Erwartungen. Das Ambiente ist super. Es ist alles sauber. Der Check-In Prozess ist gut organisiert und man bekommt erstmal alles grob erklärt. Die Wellzone ist sehr schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nett. Hatte man ein Anliegen, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Leider hatten wir nach unserem Empfinden zu häufig Anliegen. der Whirlpool sollte sich zu Beginn automatisch mit Wasser füllen. Nach 30 Minuten war er immernoch leer. Also schrieben wir eine Nachricht über das Tablet an den Empfang. Kurz darauf füllte sich der Whirlpool dann mit Wasser. (knapp 20% der gebuchten Zeit schonmal keine Möglichkeit den Whrilpool zu nutzen.) Während der Whirlpool sich mit Wasser füllte, hing sich die Software vom Tablet auf. So konnten wir weder irgendwas steuern noch eine Nachricht an den Empfang schicken. Also musste ich mich nach dem ersten Sauna Gang wieder komplett anziehen und raus an dem Empfang gehen um das Problem zu melden. Anrufen kann man leider nur eine Zentrale Telefonnummer, nicht aber vor Ort den Empfang. Damit war die erste von 3 Stunden eigentlich schon verschwendet und erzeugte Stress, statt ihn abzubauen. Ein Neustart der Software brachte dann das Tablet wieder zum laufen. Beim ersten einschalten des Whirlpools hat sich eine Düse gelöst und schwamm frei im Wasser herum. Die Dusche hatte mehrere Modi. Zwei daon waren allerdings identisch. Ich denke nicht, dass dies so gedacht ist. Auch hier hat etwas nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche war sehr warm und lässt sich auch nicht in der Temperatur regeln. Kalt abduschen nach der Sauna war nicht möglich. Erst beim duschen am Ende habe ich die Handbrause verwendet und festgestellt, dass nur hier kaltes Wasser kommt. Da wäre ein Hinweis schön/notwendig gewesen. Die Halterung der Handbrause war locker und nicht fest an der Wand verschraubt. Das Bedienpanel der Massageliege war so abgegriffen, dass man keine Chance hatte, die Symbole der Knöpfe zu erkennen. Die Bedienung war hier also im wesentlichen geraten. Auch hier war eine richtige Nutzung dadurch nciht möglich. Über der Massageliege befand sich ein Panel an der Decke. Ich denke es waren 3 Infrarot Lampen. Aber auch hier gab es kein Hinweis auf die Bedienung. Bis zum Schluss haben wir diese Funktion nicht nutzen können. Theoretisch kann man sich mit dem TV verbinden und seine eigenen Inahlte Streamen. Eine tolle Sache, wenn sie funktioniert. Ich sollte mich mit dem Handy per Bluetooth oder WLAN verbinden. Per Bluetooth gab es keine Geräte in der Nähe. Es gab aber 2 WLAN Netze in der Nähe welche im Namen "MySpaXXXX" trugen. Beide Passwortgeschützt. Also auch hier aus meiner Sicht keine Chance diese Option zu nutzen. Es gab alternativ ca. 10 TV Sender und 10 Radiosender. Auch hier weder Webradio noch dab+. Schlicht regionale FM Radiosender mit gelaber und Werbung. Der sehr teure Dyson Wasserhahn mit Trockenfunktion tropfte permanent. Leider schränkt Google die Länge der Bewertung ein weshalb...
