Infozentrum Isarmündung - Dr. Georg Karl Haus - — Attraction in Moos (VGem)

It's a really nice place to visit as a family and also for school/kindergarten visits. It's not the best place if you want to visit the isar or where the isar meets the Danube. But the Infozentrum itself is a nice place to visit for kids. It has a playground, a sand box with toys, water play area and also a lot of experiments with water, dirt, sound and lots to discover about nature. There's also a little room where you can eat, buy coffee at a machine and with a play room with Legos and other toys to keep the kids entertained while you rest with a coffee. Das Infohaus liegt nicht weit entfernt von der Isarmündung und ist kostenfrei. Auf dem Areal befindet sich ein Bienenschaustand, Vogelkunde- und Kräutertafeln. Ein Spielplatz mit großem Holzturm, Rutsche, Schaukeln, usw. rundet das Angebot ab. Im Infohaus selbst gibt es lebende Fische u. Informationen über die ortsansässige Flora und Fauna. Es ist alles spielerisch bzw. ansehnlich aufbereitet. Das Wasserwirtschaftsamt gibt Im Nebengebäude Informationen über die Isar.

Weiterhin werden Führungen und Vorträge angeboten. Auf dem Gelände sind Obstbäume von denen genascht werden darf. Wenn man den Rundgang geht kommt man am Auerochsengehege vorbei.

Besonders schön ist der Wasserspielplatz, wo ein Flussbett nachgebaut werden kann. Viele Tümpel mit Fröschen sind ebenso vorhanden.

Hier wird Bildung spielerisch beigebracht.

A great outdoor space with lovely trails and outdoor playground. In summer the bee place is open which is great. The inside information exhibition is very nice, although closed in Winter. All together a good educational visit. All outdoor space is accessible...
