Die Mohr-Villa als BÜRGERzentrum mit ihren vielfältigen Angeboten ist sicherlich unersetzlich: Eine tolle alte Villa, gut hergerichtet, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, prima! Das wären fünf Sterne… Den einen Stern „Abzug“ sehe ich eher in der Funktion als KULTURzentrum: Auch da ist die Mohr-Villa wertvoll. Aber man könnte aus dem etwas leeren, kalten und weißen Erdgeschoss etwas mehr Flair, Atmosphäre und Ambiente herausholen.
