It is an interesting trail to a great viewpoint. I thought I detected traces of the former castle near the flagpole at the end of the trail but can not be certain. The trail from the parking lot is longer than you might think with lots of stairs both up and down. Dogs can make it easily until the last little bit when the metal stairs start. Stiĺl a nice little hike through a very pretty and idyllic forest.

The path, going down, but you need up... is a bit tricky. Don't stop, go, and you'll be praised. Nice weather, warm Sun. Don't miss!

Netter Spaziergang für den Nachmittag. Kann auch mit einer größeren Wanderung hier verbunden werden. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist spitze! Gibt auch kleine Bistros und Gaststätten in der Nähe, wo man eine Brotzeit zusich nehmen kann.

Tolles Ausflusgziel, super schön angelegter Weg. Man ist innerhalb von max. 20min angekommen. Viele Stufen, daher keine Kinderwagen o.a. zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick ist toll und die Kulisse einfach nur der Wahnsinn! Hier empfehle ich nicht zu feuchtes Wetter, ist aber auch schön an einem bedeckten Tag zu laufen.

Für die Anfahrt einfach dem "P" Schild am Ende des Ortes (aus Forchheim kommend) folgen und aus dem Ort raus fahren. Dann ist der Parkplatz auf der linken Seite, wo der...
