Beautiful little Boardwalk, just a bit short. Nice to look over the lake and for taking photos. Take the walk further through a very nice sort of park shadowed by old weeping willows and small ponds . You can watch ducks and swans inhabiting the area. At the end you'll reach the castle and a little park with picturess bridges and old vegetation. Then you'll arrive at the village, where you can take a rest with a cup of coffee and a piece if cake at the Landbäckerei. Take a fresh baked bread home or pick up some selfmade marmelade or fesh picked fruits from the area on numerous stands along the streets. We really enjoyed the trip to...

Great place to have a little walk. By little, I mean little. It took me around 30 minutes to walk around the entire park. It does get fairly populated at certain times. Yes, there are trash cans located at certain areas to keep the park clean. (Do your part and put your trash into the trash bins) There is also a bridge that allows you look over the entire see, which can be very relaxing (but only if there aren't as many people there.) If you like this park, then I would also reccomend looking at the palaces' park. It's has nice scenery and is very...

Not so crowded and really good for a short walk. If you have bread that you want to bring for the ducks, I assure you they'll be very happy, so don't forget to take it with you 😉. They'll enjoy it and it is such a nice feeling to see how happy they've got because of your lovely gesture.

Nice day trip! The village is very open and you can buy a lot of homemade jams or honey and other. As others recommended, bakery and fish is excellent. Parking is free, enough places the for everyone. Sadly the actual "Bohlensteg" is currently closed :(
