Urenkopfturm — Attraction in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Haslach im Kinzigtal

Do not use the location given by Google to find the parking area for the tower. The parking area and start of the shorter walking trail is on the west side, off the B294. The walk itself is about 1km, quite step in some places. As far as I can tell there are no bears or wolves in the forest to worry about ::) Coming back though, pay attention to the couple of places the trail splits. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten in und um Haslach eine Wanderung zum Urenkopfturm zu machen er ist nur zu Fuß zu erreichen Start zB in Haslach über den Stationenweg zum Hl Brunnen und Rudolfuskapelle, über die Sandhaashütte (Vesperplatz) zum Turm. Auch dort genügend Bänke und Tische um das mitgebrachte Vesper nach den Anstiegen zw 200 u 300hm zu genießen Oder vom P unterhalb der Mülldeponie Vulkan, gut beschildert alles Auch Besuch der ehem KZ Gedenkstätte Vulkan möglich Sehr beeindruckend auf informativen Tafeln dargestellt Leider ein sehr sehr dunkler Abschnitt unserer Geschichte aber auch dieser muss man sich stellen um sich zu innigst zu wünschen, dass so etwas nie mehr vorkommen darf An Brutalität was dort passiert lässt sich kaum noch ein Verbrechen an Menschen überbieten.
