Drei-Schluchten-Wanderung — Attraction in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Löffingen

Nice hike where you can walk through three canyons (Wutach - Gauchach - Enge/Tränkebachschlucht). Put your hiking shoes on. Certainly the Engeschlucht can be tricky. It is the narrowst canyon, which is closed during bad weather (alternative route is available). If you want to relax a bit and enjoy the freshness of water, have a rest at the Wutach or Gaucach. The Enge is very steep and narrow, most of the hike is on the slopes and it can be slippery. You can have a drink and a meal at the watermill (Wanderheim Burgmühle) just before (or after) the Enge canyon. The walk is popular, so you can expect to see some other hikers. Great 10km loop-trail with ~300m elevation gain, through dense forest and along 3 gorge's which makes it cool on hot & sunny days. Path is pretty, interesting and cool to walk, might be a little challenging for older people. Could get muddy and slippery in wet conditions. Great signposting throughout the whole trail, free parking with good toilet at the beginning/finish and there is a great little cabin midway to stop for a drink or a bite to eat! Dieser „Drei Schluchten Steig“ wurde uns schon mehrfach empfohlen. So machten wir uns gestern auf den Weg, um uns selbst davon zu überzeugen, wie diese Runde ist. Bereits zu Beginn wurde unsere Vorfreude getrübt, denn beim Info Schild am Parkplatz wurde angezeigt, dass eine der 3 Schluchten gesperrt ist. Es wurde dann eine Alternativroute angezeigt. Diese Info hätten wir gerne früher bekommen. So ging es also an die Runde. Schnell wurde uns klar, dass dies z.T. eine matschige und rutschige Angelegenheit wird. Die Regenfälle der letzten Tage und die Rinnsale, die sich aus dem Wald heraus ihre eigenen Wege bahnten, haben den Boden sehr aufgeweicht. Dies machte die Steine auch immer wieder sehr rutschig. Die Wegbegrenzungen oder die Sicherungsstahlseile müssten auf jeden Fall wieder geprüft und repariert werden. Alles in allem war es eine nette Runde.
