Naturpark Barnim — Attraction in Wandlitz

Berlin is one of the most green capitals in the world, just not only inside the city with huge parks and many avenues with trees, neither the whole landscape around the bigger city is full of forests, lakesides and different nature lands. The Naturpark Barnim which is more common for the small city Wandlitz and close to the more famous area Schorfheide is located at the far northeast and it's easy accessible by S-Bahn or local commuter trains, or just by car or bike. The Nature park has very different kinds of landscapes, the forest changes with fields, with marsch or pasture lands ... everything close by. Small villages invites you for have a rest, sometimes you can be happy to find a small restaurant with very small selection of meals made from typically convenience food selling by the nearby superstore ... they called local food from chicken local. But ok, its just local business to grab money from the rich city habitants. But you learnt, bring your own meal and have a good picknick in the nature, but sorry no BBQ, nowhere!
