It does not include the Lenin statue, pool house, grand staircase, or other beautiful pictures posted here. Those are all part of Haus der Offiziere and you MUST contact the caretaker there beforehand to be let in.

An absolutely fantastic place hiding the forgotten history of East Germany! I wish I had researched a bit more about Zossen, Wunsdorf, Rangsdorf etc, which were the virtual brains of East Germany during the Cold War. I was extremely fortunate to somehow negotiate with the caretaker and the guide when I went there. BUT!
