I must say they did well by expending their shopping arcade and they now offer a bigger parking space. However, I ordered for an entertainment unit (TV stand). I was given a number to call to find out if the item was ready for pick up. Whenever I called the guy, he always says he will get back to me but never does until I call again. After 10 days of waiting I called again and was told the item was ready. I got to Melcom Plus only to be tossed from one person to the other without any satisfaction. It was only when I decided to get my money back that, I was told to wait again for them to get me the item from the warehouse. I had to drive to the warehouse to retrieve the item. I left there very disappointed in their customer service. It appears all they care about is the money. Dear people of Melcom Plus, a good customer service is also part of the business. AFFORDABLE BUT INFERIOR PRODUCTS. I bought two different types of clock and two soap dishes from the Melcom Plus at the Industrial Area this Sunday, November 17, 2019. Since that day, I have had to reset the clock twice because it keeps stopping and working again and therefore, doesn't provide the accurate time. I was going to gift one of these clocks but upon testing it, it will be shameful to use this as a gift since its malfunctioning. One of the soap dishes is also not sticking to the tile. It occurred to me that about 3 years ago, I bought a clock at your Madina branch and I encountered the same problem. I always thought it was the battery I was using but upon changing the battery, the problem persisted. Why is Melcom selling malfunctioning and substandard clocks. People patronize products with their hard earned money to be able to use the product for a long time....
