We came on a Saturday during the holiday, around 3ish. This was our first time at any water park in Accra. For the setup, I think it's a great option for kids. The have a nice sized water play area, another pool that I believe goes to 5ft for bigger kids, table tennis, table football, bumber cars (2 to be exact), horse rides (20 extra cedis), a small boat ride and mini golf (had to share the ball w the table football) .
Similar to many services in Ghana, they could work to be more organized, especially considering children are involved. The cue for bumper cars was not clear, so the person went by whomever he remembered or spoke up, so make sure you speak up. We actually went back to the front to request a refund due to the unorganized manner of the bumper cars. This led to a scene at the bumper cars because many others also noted the disorganized manner in which the attendant handled the bumper cars. Their attendant at the cars has a HORRIBLE attitude and no sense of consideration. I should have read the other reviews about this and opted for water park only access.
There is a 3ft deep section in the water play area with the slides, and one of the lifeguards had to physically remove children from the area because they couldn't swim. Unfortunately, he assumed all kids couldn't swim, so we had to let him know ours could.
This is why I give it lower stars... For smaller children that can swim (mine are 7), there is basically no space for them to do so. They are not allowed in the deeper pool. The bumper car worker was completely unprofessional, so I suggest you only pay for the water park and avoid the headache.
Great concept, but they need to add a ticket system or something to the bumper cars for...
Read moreElinesis is the place to be to enjoy some family time. I was very pleased with how convenient our experience went there from the beginning to when we left. Not that expensive, you will be paying 50 gh per head for adults to enjoy the swimming pool and children are to pay 60 ghana , all for 3 hours of enjoyment.
Located around oyarifa, if I am not wrong , the parking space is totally great and a plus for those having cars. Also, there is a golf course and tennis table available and at no cost.
The facility itself is good, however, the changing room was the only down part, more can be done. Apart from those petit petit things, the proper attention is given by the pool guards and parents are also permitted to be close to their toddlers. Nice one.
However , do mind not to bring food/drinks from outside, else you...
Read moreNice place for kids to play and swim and to organize birthdays for kids. Catering services are, however, very horrible. I don’t know if the owners are in charge of catering or contracted it out, but that’s definitely not a plus to the place. We organized a birthday party for my 9 year old and made arrangements a week prior. On the day, they could only provide food for about half the invited kids and the rest had to wait for about half an hour whilst they prepared the extra plates. The irony is that patrons aren’t allowed to bring their own foods but rather use what the place provides. A very good concept in a fast developing part of Accra and I wish I could give 5 stars. With a little bit of improvements this would be the best place for kids to spend and have...
