An amazing beach with soft sand and crystal clear waters! The legendary rock is mesmerising, making you wonder both about the local legends of how it how was shaped, but also all out the geological formations that shaped it. The beach is around 45’ drive from Andros’ Town (Chora), right after the coastal town of Korthi. After passing Korthi, there’s a rough soil road, where one should drive carefully and slow, but even my Smart car made it through, so why not yours too! You can find parking space in the sides of that road and then you go down on foot. Don’t hesitate, it’s...

It isn't worth the time and energy to get there. From a point forward (after the nearby village) the road is very narrow and becomes a dirt road after a few kilometers with downhill and uphill tight spots. After you park your car you have a quite steep walking path for 15 min or so. All of these would be more than ok, if the beach itself was any good, but it's very small and usually crowded. Pay attention, if you decide to visit, make sure you do so on a day with no strong northern winds, otherwise the waves and the wind make the...

As a beach it ain't better than the average Greek beach. It's a tourist attraction however due to the standing rock in the sea near the shore and because of the name and the stories behind the beache's name. Photography-wise you can get a nice composition under the rocky cliff. There's a relatively easy hike down to the beach, I wouldn't recommend taking kids there though. Road wise the last 2 kilometres to the point where you have to leave your car ain't great, you don't need a Jeep to reach it, but don't take a very low...

You drive 2km dirt road and you find a path on your right hand(and a small parking area in the rocks on your left hand) and after walking for 7' in this path (easy path with difficulties on some rocks) you see this great beach. It's not overcrowded when there are windy days because it has waves but it's not dangerous (shallow enough). Because of the rocks behind you, half of the beach has shadows.
