Possidi Cape is a stunning natural wonder, and if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind beach experience, this is the place to be. The ever-shifting sandy spit, the turquoise water, and the lighthouse views are truly breathtaking. On a good day, you'll feel like you've found a secret slice of paradise. So why only three stars? Well, here's where the magic starts to fade a bit. The biggest issue is the lack of care for this incredible environment. It seems like everyone is invited to the party, but no one is asked to clean up afterward. Cars are allowed to drive right onto the sand, which is a bit of a head-scratcher. What's meant to be a pristine natural reserve feels more like a parking lot at times. And speaking of a mess, the small forest near the lighthouse, which should be a peaceful escape, is unfortunately treated like a public restroom. I'll spare you the vivid details, but let's just say you'll see a lot of cosmetic tissues and other trash on the ground. There aren't any trash bins, signs, or any kind of information for visitors, so it's a bit of a free-for-all. Possidi Cape is a beautiful spot, and it's easy to see why it's so popular. It's the kind of place you'll want to visit to check it off your list. But until some serious effort is made to protect and maintain it, this gem will continue to lose its sparkle. With a little care and a few simple rules, this could easily be a five-star destination. For now, it's a three-star beach with a...

Possidi Cape is an incredible spot for those who love a more natural, off-the-grid beach experience. The beach strip is long and spacious, so even though it's a popular place, it never feels overcrowded. The further you walk toward the end of the cape, the more rocky the terrain becomes — a good pair of water shoes is definitely recommended. If you’re planning to spend several hours there (especially midday), make sure to bring your own umbrella and a cooler — there’s no natural shade, and it gets quite hot around noon. The sea was crystal clear and calm in the morning, with a few waves appearing later in the day. It’s perfect for swimming and relaxing. As for parking, there is a small designated parking area, and usually enough space nearby. However, avoid driving on the sand with a regular car — we witnessed someone getting stuck and needing help to get out. The beach was impressively clean, and we’d love to see it stay that way. We kindly encourage visitors to bring a small bag for their trash and dispose of it properly — there’s a large bin near the parking area. Overall, Possidi Cape is a must-visit for those who love wild beaches, space, and clean waters. Come prepared and respect the nature — you’ll have a perfect...

As a free beach, this place works, and you can move from side to side to get the best temperature or calmness on the day. As attraction, it is overrated. It looks just amazing on Google Maps, but in real life, it is a row of beachgoers almost all way from parking lot to the tip. It is not an easy 20-minute walk on soft deep sand as there are no paths. You might come across bunches of people who come in for photo opportunity, same as me :). Cape is way too big for nice photos. You end up with a little bit of blue on both sires or just a see. Ig you have a drone, you can take seriously good takes, but then you also do not need to walk. So if you want to take a good pic, avoid midday. Early morning of before.dun goes down is the best, but be prepared for an hour of agony. Do not be silly to take car behind parking as you might end up as amusement for regulars as they day at list 1 or 2 per day get stack. There is a local guy with a tractor available for 100 euros to pull you out. If you like wild beaches, ignore most of this story. It is 4 to 5 star beach for you. And it is possible to find sports where entrance...

Possidi Cape – Simply amazing. After driving along a dirt road through the pine forest, you’ll reach a first parking area. If you wish, you can continue toward the cape, but be cautious of sandy patches — they can be tricky and you might get stuck. With a 4x4 or off-road vehicle, you can reach the farthest point. The water is crystal clear, and the place is wild and unspoiled, with breathtaking sunsets (around 9 PM in July). The area is not equipped, so make sure to bring everything you need. Beware of the currents, especially at the tip of the cape where two opposing currents meet — it can be dangerous. For those who enjoy snorkeling, I recommend using fins to help you swim back to shore if the current gets strong. 👉 Help keep Possidi Cape clean: picking up a piece of paper or plastic sticking out of the sand costs nothing — and Possidi will reward you with its beauty.

Spectacular beach. Very quiet and peaceful. You may want to park at the free parking at the beginning of the beach and walk, because I saw few 4x4 cars getting stuck in the sand. There is trees so if you get there early you will park under shade. It’s only 10 minutes walk over sand so it’s easy to get to the Cape point. Plastic toilets and garbage bins at the parking side. No lifeguard on site. It’s not for small children because the water gets deep after few meters. Water is very very clean. I saw few dolphins which is amazing as well. Also what was convenient and nice, when the wind gets stronger and waves 🌊 get bigger, you can switch side and the water it’s calm on the other side. Beautiful beach
