Organization: The beach is organized (it has a resturaunt/cafe), and it doesn’t take up the whole beach, umbrellas are a bit expensive though at €50/each. If you sit down at a table, you don’t have to pay the umbrella fee, but you have to order something. There is also a spot without umbrellas so you don’t have to pay.
Water: The Fine sand is suspended in the water, which makes it appear dirty. It is still clear, but suspended sand, seaweed, etc. slight brown color. The boats are a bit close to shore, so you can smell fumes if you go near them.
Sand: Fine sand, which is comfortable but gets very hot. It is not very clean - there many sticks and other natural things in the sand. It does hurt to walk, and if you’re not careful you might get splinters.
Overall: Decent beach. Water is ok, sand is ok, organization is great...

The restaurant attached is fine for a meal but I wouldn’t bother...
