Possibly the best beach on Kythnos, or at least one of the best. The water is SO clear and such beautiful colours. It is a natural beach with no facilities. It is good for snorkelling too.
It was very quiet when we were there which might be partly down to the quality of road to it and the limited parking.
The beach features on the road sign of the main road at the Kanala junction, but the turning for this beach some kilometres on didn't have a sign. It is the turning beside a sign for an EU funded solar panel site just to the left of the turning.
The last two or so kilometres of road are rough dirt track but it is passable in a normal car if you take care. It is well worth the effort...

Amazing beach with wild beauty! Crystal clear water as most beaches of the island. seashore with thin white gravel and sand as you get into the water.
Accessible by regular car (only a few kilometers of easy dirt road). After you park you have to climb down around 100 stairs.
The only problem seems to be the parking (37.319155,24.403429). Only 3-4 places available...

Only 3 stars because people complain that they can't get to the beach comfortably by car on a road that is as paved as possible, but then go there anyway! I think beaches like this should be reserved for those who are glad they CANNOT drive there! Screaming for a super-developed road and at the same time expecting a beach to remain pristine is a contradiction in terms! How dumb can someone be? Haven't you learned anything...
