Paralia Tsopela — Attraction in Municipality of Eastern Samos

Without a doubt one of the more beautiful beaches on Samos. We got here by car and, as stated in other reviews, the road was a bit challenging with our Chevrolet Matiz. Unpaved and steep at times, but what a wonderful reward at the end of the ride. The beach is less frequented as some years ago, so expect to have to place all for yourself. Shy nudists rejoice! The water is as clear as the Aegean sky, with all sorts of little water critters to be discovered. Our only gripe: the beach is not well maintained, with some rubble and trash laying around, bringing a teary eye on our smiling faces upon viewing this...

Much ado about nothing. Spectacular to see from a distance, but nowhere to swim when you arrive, apart from the right side corner. If you have a car, it will have to be a 4x4 (or a rental) and even in that case it's not worth the hassle. No sunbeds, no canteen, just you and the water. Overrated IMO.
