We had a fantastic experience as a family with our seven-year-old and four-year-old. We wandered through nature all the way to the river and did an amazing treasure hunt that got the kids super excited. Walking through nature was just beautiful. We saw the river, bridges, and natural springs where you can fill your water bottles and drink straight from them.

Lampros our guide was incredible — super attentive, fun, and had so much patience explaining everything and telling us the stories of the old watermills in the area. He also showed us the caves and the eagle lookout spot.

We did an incredible 6 km circular hike — even our four-year-old did it successfully! He also brought a snack, which was a big hit with the girls. At the end, the girls found little treasures they loved.

Honestly, he’s such a nice guide and I highly, highly recommend if you’re in the area to go on a hike with him. He’s also a jeweler by trade, from a family of jewelers, and has a beautiful jewelry shop we visited at the end — really special.

My boyfriend and I did a guided tour with Giannis of about 3 hours (net time), but he took additional time to explain everything he knew about the area, the animals, the plants and the corresponding risks. First of all we really appreciated that, although we called him the same morning, very last minute, he could accommodate a tour for the same afternoon. Giannis arrived super in time with hiking stocks for us at the agreed meeting point. He has been extremely friendly and professional during the entire time. We first followed the official path and then we went off the beaten path, completely on the wild, surrounded by untouched nature. We are quite experienced hikers in Switzerland but we were really grateful to have such a great guide with us today, so careful and professional. As someone who has MS and imbalance, I found the trail rather difficult, but having Lambros as a guide really made all the difference. He was extremely patient with me and helped me along the way, holding my hand and keeping me steady and encouraged throughout the hike.
