A year and a month ago I wrote a negative review about the place and google considered it inappropriate. I just realized it, so I'm editing it in English .
"My 10-year-old daughter and I went as guests to a party. 2 facts impressed me My daughter made a wrong move on the simple trampoline and fell awkwardly and hit her hand. She told the manager who was in front at the time that she felt she broke it. He replied that it was just a jolt. She left her with her uncle and no one took any further interest and no one came to ask us if we needed anything or to bring some ice when we asked for ice from the coffee shop. We went to the hospital and she had a double elbow fracture. The person in charge made a mistake in his 'opinion'.
Earlier I saw 2 younger children of the group,(who were borderline in height and the tests were quite difficult for them) , exhausted (and because of the heat ) asking for water during the games and the treatment was completely disrespectful of the style "hurry up because you are delaying the others and you should drink water before going up".
In general, as an idea and a place, it's nice in the forest but professionalism should be seen in a difficult moment, and not when everything is going well, and in our case, the treatment was far below average."
Ps. I hope the company didn't report the review because that would be extremely unprofessional. Among so many reviews it is not bad to have negative ones. I have nothing to gain, just stating the facts. And maybe it's an opportunity for the company to improve...
Read moreThe park is in a nice forest area. We arrived soon after opening time and it took 30 min from the time we got the tickets till the kids could start. 7 staff at the harness station, however they made the kids wait to have a group to brief all at once. The person who made the briefing did not seem motivated and later he could not be bothered to look at or assist a little kid stuck right above him (another kid had to help him) in the area he was supposed to be minding. In another area another stuff was also in his own world while little kids we going 2 at a time on the same line. Signalling to explain where the different courses are is poor. The place looks a little run down and a basic, but kids will like it. At noon the place was very crowded on a Sunday, perhaps a better experience during weekdays. The wall climbing is 5 € to go up once, which a little kid can do in 1 minute. The parking area was a mess and cars were parked anywhere...
Read moreA beautiful park in the middle of the woods. Many activities for kids and grown ups.
There is a €15 general entrance per kid for mainly the obstacle courses and the zip line. From then on every other activity is extra unless you buy the bracelets that include some of them at an extra cost with €45 gold bracelet that gives you unlimited access to everything. Parents / escorts pay €3.5 which entitles them to a bottle of water and an item from the bar (coffee, hot dog, pop corn, snacks).
It is an interesting outing with kids but it gets easily an expensive one. For a family of four with two extra activities for each kid we paid €60 for two hours that we have been there.
Tip go early in the morning as it is cooler and less crowded. Later on when the parties take place number of people becomes too large that eventually they are...
