Triades Beach — Attraction in Municipality of Milos

One of our favourite beaches of Milos. Google maps is not really good at taking you there, follow the few signs and aim for a road that stops just shy of the beach spot. Up until the final part the road is rough but especially during the final descent there is a dangerous downhill so be careful. Can be done by 4x4 and Quads(we did it on a dirt bike). The first beach is really cool and was almost empty the entire time we were there. A couple more beaches can be reached by swimming or walking through rocks. Great for snorkeling....

The road to get there is rough but doable. There’s around 9km or dust road to the beach, but most part of it is quite well maintained. We were traveling with a Fiat panda and could make it until 1.5 km from the first beach, even though we saw a Fiat Panda at the bottom of the beach, so it’s doable but risky! Definitely better with a quad but doable with a car, not as others say. The trip is long but totally worth it, the third beach is breathtaking and we were alone in the second beach for several hours....

Experience the serenity of a quiet, peaceful beach, but exercise caution on the mostly dirt road with occasional potholes. Friendly locals and their goats might accompany you through small villages, so drive slowly and consider having some off-road experience. The road features numerous switchbacks and hill passes.
