Calma Waterpark — Attraction in Municipality of Patras

Two years ago I gave this place a 5 star rating but I am afraid I had to update the review to a generous 2 star for the following reasons. This year the lifeguards did not seem to have a system and I witnessed multiple micro accidents between kids. The music was super loud and totally inappropriate for families. The food was ok but not as good as it used to be. If you cant be bothered to properly toast a club sandwich something must be wrong with your kitchen. I got slightly overcharged for food but I couldnt be bothered to argue and the service although still speedy wasnt as polite as I recall it. I realise covid meant a lot of hospitality businesses had to cut corners but in this case too many corners were cut...a shame...the place outside the water park is still great for a swim although you can still hear the terrible music even with noise cancelling...

My kids used to have fun at this waterpark every year for the last 3 years. Today I was horrified! We sat down, set up and went to swim, came back 10 mins later and all our stuff was flooded, including my bag that had our money, phones and my epipen! Because it flooded lots of little bugs that sting came out and were everywhere. The staff started pushing the water into the drains around us and absolutely no-one bothered to ask if we were ok although I was trying to sort out all our flooded belongings. We then moved to a different side of the park and tried to dry out our things. We were looking for service to order drinks for 30 mins. My husband went off to go and find someone, came back with a young girl who said this not my post but tell me what you want!!! Not coming again and will not be...

Too expensive for three small pools and a few water slides. Although the location and the view are nice, the place is clean and the staff is everywhere present it doesn‘t justify these high prices including those for food. It’s not a touristic place and our last visit on a weekday in July 2023 showed us that the local people just cannot afford it. The occupancy rate was very low. However the place is nice but the prices are not justified at all from a price-performance ratio perspective. Suggestion for improvement: Reduce prices by offering packages for families or cards for e.g. 10 visits Prices depending on duration of visit Compare it to other countries standards It’s just a suggestion of course everyone can do what...
