Alonaki Fanariou is a beautiful beach with beautiful water colors. The beach is accessible by car, free parking under the trees and take down few stairs to the beach. There are limited umbrellas therefore either bring your own or go early to rent one. A very nice and panoramic bar is above the beach, offering frappe, coffee and sandwiches. Other than that bring your own food. Sandy beach ideal for children. Beautiful underwear life ideal for snorkeling. No wind at all. Attention, too many bees - the only downside of the beach. A bit stressful for kids, but because is remote consider it. DO NOT TAKE THE ROAD GOOGLE SHOWS YOU! It still refers to an old and bad road. There's asphalt road to get there...

This is an absolutely stunning beach. It has a parking area and steps down to the beach (not ideal for those with mobility/access issues). It is a sandy/shingle cove with the most crystal clear sea, wonderful for a refreshing swim. The water is calm and was ideal to paddleboard. There is a small cafe serving drinks, sandwiches and if you purchase food/drink the use of the sunloungers/umbrellas is free. We visited the first week of July and by 10am on a week day the beach was full, It was busier on the Saturday. What a wonderful beach, the only thing to note is that the only toilet is a portaloo, located halfway up the stairs. Oh and there were some friendly goats 🐐...

The beach is very beautiful, if you manage to go there before the canteen/ beach bar opens up for summer. Unless you are fond of extremely loud cheesy house-techno music, you will feel miserable being unable to enjoy the stunning view, the crystal clear waters and the surrounding pine forest due to the loud, unstoppable beat that you are forced to hear anywhere on the beach!!!! Don't get me wrong, if this was a beach like Ibize or Super Paradise in Mykonos where people party all day round, I'd say go for it. But the majority of people on the beach are families with young children who just tolerate...

EN It was a nice beach but i dont recommend to come too late as the sun may hide behind the cliffs and it can be less warm than usual. The beach has a small bar too but except a toi-toi toilet it has no changin room so worth to try to change the swimsuit before the adventure. Oh, and dont beleive the google map. It will lead you anything but the normal concrete road. But There is a concrete road! Try the junction next to Valanidorrachi (under the bridge) from 18th road to reach the bay. DONT GO TO THE FOREST ROAD! -Or you may reach the bay, but can puncture some tyres on the off road terrain.
