Lalaria Beach is a tourist attraction for a number of reasons: You can only reach it by boat so there’s money to be made by ferrying people there from Skiathos town. It. An get crowded. If you hire a small boat and visit independently, it can be deserted if you time your visit right. When visiting at the right time you will be able to take nice photos for your Instagram account 😎 especially of the arch. When it’s crowded, your photos will have other boats bopping up and down in front of the arch. ☹️ I don’t understand why some people (even hired skippers) think it’s a good idea to drop the anchor in front of the arch: Just Don’t Do It! There are actually two arches: one above the water and one below to dive through, so bring your snorkel 🤿 gear. If you have a small boat and are your own captain, just throw your ⚓️ anchor in one of the adjacent bays for a quiet and lonely snorkel stop.

PS: please do not take a pebble from the beach. If you have done so, please drop it off in the Lalaria pebble box at Skiathos airport before your...

Its an excellent beach that is only reachable by boat! You can either rent a boat and go with your friends or you can choose from variety of options from local boat companies that have day trips to many locations! The prices are really ok. There are no service on this beach, so bring with you food and drink. The view is stunning and beautiful. The depth is not too shallow for long meaning after you swim for 5-7 meters you cannot stand. If you are fond of sandy braches this is not for you, it has round small and medium sized stones. Ps it hurts to walk on them without sandals. Also you are depended on the boats to leave, you can only return using the boat you came, they dont pass regurarly only the planned timed stop. Also the bridge that is lowered from the boats is steep, so elder people may have a problem, but the stuff is really helpful and...

The beauty of this beach is enchanting! You can reach it by boat or by day cruise. The color of the water conveys its uniqueness. There is no natural shade here, as well as beach facilities such as umbrellas, sun loungers, etc. so, when visiting, you should plan your own amenities, food and water. There are also no trash cans, which means you have to take it with you. Aqua shoes are recommended, as the beach is covered with small pebbles and this makes walking difficult. The locals warned us that picking up pebbles is punishable by a fine. At the left end there is a natural stone arch, which the locals say has supernatural powers (visited...

I was so excited to go to this beach because of it's reputation but was actually a bit disappointed. It looks so beautiful with it's turquoise water but I couldn't see a single thing with a snorkel. Think it's because so many boats dock up there but literally the water was so cloudy and also there was such big waves it wasn't very relaxing to swim. I liked that there was no bar or sun beds I wish more beaches were like this in Skiathos. But ultimately didn't have the best time. We came as part of the Mamma Mia Cruise so we only got to be there for an hour anyways which was sad because I would have wanted to explore the famous archway
