This is the worst experience in my life. The stuff is horrible. From Lifeguards to the top menagement supervisior! We've paid 80+€ to bring kids for some fun, and we literally couldn't do anything with kid aged 3+ years! This is something that it's not written anywhere. Not on the website nor on entrance or tables with signs and explanations about each attraction. The signs telling complete different story, and lifeguard and than head supervisor came and talked about Greek laws🤣.
On crazy river, the sign says children under 4 years only supervised by parents... And I wait the que for 15 minutes on the sun, and they didn't allow me to go with my kid! They started to make some rules, so I asked politely to give me paper where I will sign and take full responsibility to go down, nope - greek rules (which are not stated anywhere in written form). I took a picture of sign, and the attraction itself, how "dangerous" it is (and my kids ski itself just for comparison), and they are telling me, that he can go in separate yellow circle alone for his safety (and he is falling through literally), but not with me. And these is no height restriction on this attraction.
Terrible indeed! I don't recommend it to anyone, be advised upfront! I visited so many parks around the Europe, never ever faced this type of behaving to visitors!
On the slides... They are not allowing me to go with the kid, just him alone, which is far more dangerous since slides are overused and due to that alow, and you need to push yourself to slide slowly, and than someone behind comes and can hit in the head when small...
Read moreIf you are planing to go to this waterpark. DONT GO!! My daughter was on a camp with her friends and they went to this waterpark. My daughter unexpectedly got her period the day before, so she bought swim shorts that look like bicycle shorts. At the waterpark, my daughter and her friends went on a few slides, and on the 3 slide, a woman who was unpleasant came up to my daughter and told her that she can’t swim in the water with the shorts because it’s unhygienic. My daughter then explained that she got her period and that those were swim shorts, but the we’re still horribly rude to her. They told my daughter to go buy shorts or she can’t swim. So she went to the shop, and the only swim shorts they had were men’s shorts that were either for little kids (very tiny) or for adults (ginormous). She tried to ask the worker what to do, and the worker told her to wait while she called someone. My daughter had to wait 30 minutes just for them to tell her that she had to go speak to another woman. The other woman told her that she could take used shorts from the lost and found as if that’s more hygienic than what she was wearing. Overall my daughter paid 30 euros for this and had to wait on the sunbeds ALONE for 7 hours. This experience is a definite 0/100 and i would not recommend. Ps: My daughter is only 13 and they wouldn’t even let my daughter talk to a manager about...
Read moreQueuing never ends! We went in August, it's true, but we chose to go on a Monday hoping it would be less crowded. There aren't many slides and there is no river. Common access and insuficient lifeguards giving the "go ahead" contribute to a very long waiting time to go on a single slide. At first glance there are many places for children but to our surprise the water in the pirates' area is (or was when we were there) incredibly cold, while all the other pools had much warmer water. The worst thing, by far is that grown-ups are allowed to use the children's slides and they massively do because it is the only place they can use slides without queuing for at least 40 minutes. Even so, parents are not allowed to hold their children on the slides (not even for the first time) and you only learn about such unwritten rule from the lifeguard when you get to the top. For us it was a terrible experience and a wasted day of our vacation. Maybe our expectations were a bit high after going to a gorgeous water park in Cyprus two weeks before, but still one of the worst water park experiences for us. If we were to point out something positive, it would probably be the food served there (there is a place serving freshly made souvlaki) and the fact that it is not crowded given that most of the locals bring their lunch and drinks from home which is...
