A really beautiful and unique landscape. Not very easily accessible though. Your car will be full with red dust at the end, guaranteed. The road is narrow and there are only very few places where two cars can pass by each other. We had about only 5-6 cars on the hills, when we visited and even that gave us some logistical troubles. I can't imagine how a dozen or more cars could visit the place at the same time without major blockage. But it is definitely worth a visit if you are up for some adventure and/or a little hike, and don't mind some rough roads, and getting possibly lost a bit a couple times on the way there, because the scenery you will find you'll remember it...

From the road, follow the sign and then follow the dirt road. Kokkinopilos is an amazing place, with nothing much like it in Greece.
