The place is nice for a weekend getaway with the family or from your hectic backpacking trip as you have all the facilities are beautiful to spend some laid back time. Maybe get a massage, tan for a bit, chill by the pool and from time to time they have activities/parties at night. I would recommend this place as a stop over if you are on your way to rio dulce or tikal or on your way back

A very good place to go with family or friends. There are Many hotels but I chose Amatique Bay Resorts as that place has a lot of grate activities that I did enjoy with my family, they have restaurants also different activities as you can see in the below picture

Great place. We will definitely go again. I had to take off a star because for half our stay the kids pool area was closed. When it was open it was great! The staff is friendly and speak english.

Realmente uno de los mejores lugares para visitar en Puerto Barrios y disfrutar de sus aguas con un excelentísimo café, llegamos en temporada muy fría o frente frío no lo sé, no pudimos contemplar 100% el cielo pero en definitiva volveremos para disfrutarlo. Buenísimos spots como el faro y las plataformas de los costados. Sus adaptaciones a la época antigua están geniales.

Me fascinó este lugar. Me enamoré de la playa más de noche.... Super super romántico. El clima tropical es fabuloso. Limpio totalmente. Habitaciones súper cómodas. La atención del personal es muy buena. Las piscinas para niños ideales para los pequeñitos. Y las piscinas grandes también. Fabuloso todo definitivamente un lugar para regresar.

Un lugar hermoso, amplias instalaciones, área de piscinas, playa, hamacas, bar y restaurante. Las habitaciones son cómodas, también hay tamaño familiar, cuenta con baños y área de cocina con utensilios incluídos, cama doble y tres sillones con sábamas para dormir, calefacción, cable, secadora, plancha de ropa y caja de seguridad.
