I am fairly certain that I have already reviewed the Nature Reserve in Panjachel. This is a beautiful place where you can walk in the hills of Panjachel and you can look at many waterfalls and you can see the river winding down to the lake as you cross the many bridges. It is also possible to zip line down the mountain but I cannot remember the price. My older brother, my sister, my nephew, my mum and I fed the pizote which are small mammals that are related to raccoons. Read moreGorgeous, with three volcanoes surrounding the lake. First you'll probably go to Panajachel, and from there you can take lanchas (boats) to the other villages. I wouldn't recommend going by road to anywhere besides Pana if you have your own vehicle because the roads are steep, rugged, and reportedly quite dangerous, and one of them is under construction. But by boat you can get anywhere, and you can rent kayaks, go to thermal pools, bike volcanoes, even go hang gliding. Read moreHonestly, it was just okay. Dry as a bone so no Water Fall ; no steams, not a drop of water in sight. All the trees and foliage, looked so sad due to lack of Water ! Butterfly dome was pretty and when I found the area for Monkeys sat there for a while and no Monkeys in sight. Restaurant looks nice but pretty pricey.
