This place is absolutely beautiful—one of the most breathtaking spots I’ve visited in Haiti. The atmosphere is incredible, especially with the sound and view of the waterfall—it’s something straight out of a dream. It made me proud to see such a gem right here in our country. Haitians really need to consider visiting places like this more often.
Now, as amazing as it is, there are some things that really need attention. First off, the entrance fee situation is just confusing and honestly feels a bit shady. One day it's 10 gourdes, the next it's 20, sometimes they’re asking for 100. There’s clearly no fixed rate, and that opens the door for scams and bad experiences for visitors. I’m okay with paying a fair fee to help maintain the place, but it needs to be clear, official, and consistent.
Also, the road to get there is in terrible condition. It seriously needs fixing. A place this beautiful deserves better access so people can visit safely and comfortably.
