The place is still under construction and growing in some areas, but it is a nice stop if you are visiting Tela. The current aquarium is small but quite pretty and the guide gives a very interesting speech about the mission of Telamarine. The restaurante part is nicely decorated and they offer good food and drinks, so def recommended to spend the afternoon.
