Magical place to visit, I've been a regular visitor of Moreton Island since the early 1980's as a Brisbsne local yet never walked down to the bay just admired it from the walking track above via North Point, what a mistake that was over 40 years!
Having this place all to ourselves (my partner and I) for an afternoon was truly a magical moment we'll not soon forget. The weather was perfect with sunshine, 25 degrees Celcius temperature, a light seabreeze and cool water temperature as icing on the cake.
Don't leave this beautiful spot off your radar if visiting Yellow Patch / North Point via Bulwer track from Western side of the island or coming from middle road / Eastern Beach via a visit to Cape Moreton.
