Euro Wine Kft. — Attraction in Bonyhádi járás

Ordered a few bottles to try after i drunk a few pleasant whites from Tolna. However, a simple webshop transaction turned out to be a very unpleasant experience,. The order process got a number of usual letdowns: coupon handling and several payment issues. Adding insult to injury, an employee called me and tried to teach me in a very arrogant (agressive) style while he didn't even grasp the issues, even handling the reply mail's beyond a routine task. Then, on the 2nd day still nothing shipped. Used to visit Italia and Antinori Rosso's been one of my favorites. Tuzko won't be. Not worth the trouble. Update: adding insult to injury, the post office called me on the 3rd day that 2 of the 5 bottles arrived broken... Update2: a very polite and friendly lady called me and excused for the trouble and resent the wines well packed. We started tasting: the Rheinrisling's soso really nothing special, the Grüner Veltelini Selection on the level of a middle quality from Austria. A few more still ahead but we're not sold on this offer. B/c of the kind communication lately I'm giving 4 stars but actually it was rather 3, not gearing up...

Last week, I visited Bátaapáti from Szekszárd. At the winery, I was warmly welcomed by very kind people who offered me a tasting of their wines. It was only then that I learned the winery is owned by the world-renowned Antinori family — and the tasting certainly confirmed that. The wines were light, fresh, and fruity. There was no question: I had to place an order that same week.

After a quick and easy registration on the webshop, I was able to place my order right away. The selection of wines arrived within 3 days. Congratulations — this is what European-level service looks like. The detour and the tasting were well worth it. I can only recommend it...

Hace aproximadamente 3 semanas regresé a casa a Szekszárd y visité la finca Tűzkő con mis amigos. Brati, el chico que dirigía la cata, fue amable y muy profesional. Antes de volver a España, pedí 2 cajas de Riesling y Pinot Grigio a través de la tienda online. Por la noche, las probé con mis padres y la experiencia fue indescriptible: sabores fantásticos, vinos afrutados.
