Vadása-tó — Attraction in Körmendi járás

My favorite place to unwind. Let me just clarify one thing, though: the water of the lake is not "crystal clear". It is just okay at best from October till May, but in summer it becomes spoilt by the tourists and the heat. By end of the summer it STINKS. Otherwise it is a gorgeous place, you can hardly meet anyone here off-season, bar the one or two fishing locals, the jogging girl and the old lady walking her dog....

love this lake because it's so peaceful and quiet. By the end of the summer, there are not many people that I still like so coming to such a peaceful place is therapeutic. It's so quiet you can hear the sound of the forest making a truly magical experience. I can't wait to come back...

Eldugott gyöngyszem Körmendtől kocsival 20 percnyire. Gyönyörű erdős területen fekszik, a tóhoz közel ingyen lehet parkolni, tőle nem messze kemping és motel. Érdemes túrázni is, mivel több tó is ki lett alakítva az erdőben. A kisebbik tavon strand található. Nagyon kellemes a strand!!! Kulturáltan kialakított környezet, van büfé, vannak öltöző fülkék, kis épületben női-férfi mosdó és egy zuhanyzó. A tó vize nyáron langyos, a napozó rész füves, a tó talaja nem szúrós kiskavicsos. A strand területén a viz lassan mélyül. Mi az augusztusi hosszúhétvégés szombaton ugrottunk le és teljesen élhető volt, sokan voltak de nem volt tömeg. A belépő felnőttnek 600 Ft. Kerestünk egy nem felkapott tavat az ország nyugati részém és az értékelések alapján ezt találtuk...olyan jól éreztük magunk, hogy hamarosan...
