Proud Mountain Lavender Meadow — Attraction in Pilisvörösvári járás

The lavender meadow is absolutely amazing! We went there on the first day of this season. We can pick the lavender up and enjoy this amazing view! The great smell of lavender comes and go when we wandering in the field. It is such a pleasant experience. This field is dog-friendly, so many people bring their cute doggies here! 🥰 this field provides several set-up locations for photo taking, such as swing, bench, boat, and bicycles. It was really nice visiting this place for lavander festival in June. Place is easily accessible from Budapest. Festival was organized nicely, all the needed things were in place. there were a lot of attractions for visitors - you can take nice pictures, collect lavander, just enjoy the smell and the view. There were a lot of nice details like a lot of branches and seats for photos, bike in lavander color, even the tractor in such color. Also there was a separate part for professional photographers, which you can book for photoshoot. And the price was just 500ft. Would like to visit this place...

This is the best Lavender field I have had the privilege to visit so far in Hungary and I have been to several. It is quite big and has more variety of lavenders including the pink lavender. There is a small herb section at the left hand side of the field where you can find herbs like lemon balm mint and savory plants. Strategic trellis, beautiful arm chairs and photo stands are placed strategically all around the field to capture picture-worthy moments.
