We have asked for selected a Superior Room in the Takler Kuria in June, but they have confirmed that the selected room will be available next at the end fo October - so ee have decided to wait for it to have a romantic weekend.|We have arrived with high expectations but when the receptionist asked as to walk to the next building “the pension” it started to get bad. We have been guided to the pension building with no elevator, climed up to the top floor right above the winery machines, to a small and dark room with ruined interior. We have immediately notified the personnel that this is not what we have agreed and waited on for 5months, we have specially asked for the room shown on the pictures of webpage - but they have stated, this one is a superior room to and it is even cheaper by 5000Huf, and the other room in the Kuria is occpuied so they can offer only this one.|The room had a view on the rooftopsmand just under the window was some large ventil machine of the vinery which was rumbling with large noise - so we had to keep window closed to be able to sleep in decent noise level.|The floor was broken after some very unprofessional repair work, the furniture old and dirty!! TV was full of dust on it. Walls dirty too.|We have got upset but decided to stay as ee have travelled a lot to get here - I think they have counted on this.|Later on the things were going bad too: the wellness equipment was not functional - no steam sauna “it is broken for months” - then why are you advertising it? The infra sauna heaters were needed to be shut down after use by personnel hitting them with a metal stick...|There is only one person serving drinks in the wellness and by the way she is also doing the massages which makes her very busy, so it is usual that she is having 2-3hours of massages continously while you are not able to get anything from the bar - so you can drink tap water after sauna which makes yur stomache hurt.|Also we had to wait for the massages as the “kuria gusest” are prioritized and they does not care that you have asked for a kuria room too but they have messed it up - so you will be a second grade guest at the restaurant too as nin kuria exclusive just a pension guest.|The restaurant made us having bipolar feelings too - the dinner food was excellent, breakfast nothing special, but the waiters were not indormed about the menu and serving us slowly, and the wine was pretty expensive too. |We have got a glass of wine in the price for what you can buy a whole bottle of same takler wine in a supermarket.|The wine tasting tour was really good but at the end they had added it to our bill twice and I had to discover why is the bill too high. It eas interesting how they could add wine tasting tour for 4 person if we were just a couple of wife and housband.|To summarize - we have booked and expected a high end romantic wellness weekend with good wines - and the price paid was for this level, but what we have got was a ruined cheep room, bad service, and not correct...

I had reserved the table and the menu in advance.|We were served by an inexperienced waitress, who did not know much about our menu, neither about the wines of the house.|Anyway we were able to order the red wine bottles for the lunch. Then the wines were brought to our table.|No introduction of the wines. No tasting of the wines. No serving of the wines.|Luckily there was no cork taint !!|The menu included chicken, pork and wildboar. All of them overcooked and dry.|After the food we wanted to have a cup of coffee and a slice of a cheese cake in the terrace. Learnt from the previous lack of service, we arranged the tables outside by ourselves.|Takler wines,including premium ones, were decent, but nothing extraordinary.|Food excluding the cheese cake was a great disappointment.|Customer service was poor.|Premises were picturesque and the weather was...
