Hársas tó — Attraction in Szentgotthárdi járás

A small lake which is easily accessible from the road by car, bike or by foot. Hiking trails also lead here. A lazy one hour walk is enough to take a walk around it. Small food stand is available in the summer season (usually until the 20.08) and there is also a mini beach to build sand castles. Ideal for either spending the afternoon or just for an hour or walking. They recommend this place for walk with a stroller as well, but that is only true for the east side...

Ez hely maga természet annak ellenére, hogy a tó egy mesterségesen létrehozott víztározó. Mesés környezet, gyönyörű kis eldugott tó, stranddal és strand büfével ellátott,ahol nagyon finom lángost is lehet például kapni. Érdemes a tavat körbe járni ( kb. 2.5 km séta). Kifejezetten ajánlom! This place is nature itself despite the fact that the lake is an artificially created reservoir. Fabulous surroundings, beautiful little secluded lake, beach and beach buffet where you can get a very fine Lángos ( Hungarian speciality made from dough and fried in oil with optional toppings like cheese , cheese and sour cream with garlic souce etc.) for example. A tó a Hársas-patak felduzzasztásával gyönyörű erdei környezetben keletkezett néhány évtizede. Hivatalos neve Máriaújfalusi-víztározó, amit az alatta fekvő faluról kapott, amelyet korábban a patak kiáradó vize időnként elöntött. A Hársas-tó az Őrségi Nemzeti Parkhoz tartozik, ezért itt is be kell tartani a természetvédelmi előírásokat. Ami azzal a sajnálatos következménnyel jár, hogy egyes halakat nem lehet után telepíteni, így ezekből csak öreg példányok foghatók.

A tó egy részén lehet strandolni, másutt a fürdés tiltva vagyon.

A tó csak gyalogosan járható körül, az autót a vízparti parkolóban...
