We were there in July / August 2018. We gave a call to the owner and everything went perfect! The meeting point were the stables „Arctic Horses“. Seems to be quite logical that they cannot wait the hole day waiting for accidental visitors.... Our grown-up boys were more than happy with the ride the very nice owner organised.
