Cool waterfall in that it empties into the ocean. However, it can only be viewed from a distance from the gravel pullout so the view isn’t great. Also, pretty sure that you have to go off trail in order to get closer as other reviewers are saying. So yeah, don’t do that.

Another beautiful Icelandic gem as you are making your way around the Ring. We passed the viewpoint and then saw the light so we double backed to grab a few photos. Its easily missed if you arent keeping an eye out for it. Im also not certain if it runs 12 months.

After over 3 km of the tunnel, you will find this waterfall flowing into the ocean and it is worth stopping for a moment to admire the geography of the island in this version. You won't get too close, but it's worth watching from a distance.
