Amazing natural hot spring. Amazing view of the sea. The water isn’t boiling hot but just right, so you could easily stay in for hours. There’s also a classic pool with warm. Facilities include parking, heated changing rooms with toilets and showers. Entry fee is 1700 ISK per adult and 500 ISK per child, and you can pay via PayPal if nobody is around.

Had the whole place to ourselves in early Nov! Unique pool with great views. All changerooms were locked, when we arrived, which made changing but difficult. Either way it was a great stop on a long driving day. Both pools were nice and warm compared to the cold air, but not quite hot as others (which was okay by us!)

There were lots of people when we arrived. We went straight to the natural hot spring pool and were two of about ten. The spring is about the size of three normal sized hot tubs so it was 'cosy'. Unfortunately the people were quite loud so it wasn't very relaxing. However, they all left after about half an hour and it was us and two other couples, which was much calmer and relaxing. The scenery was amazing and there were lots of arctic terns flying around which was lovely, and also divebombing the kids, which was pretty funny. Quite expensive for a small hot spring and swimming pool but we didn't mind. Small changing rooms, showers lovely. We both felt like the spring left our skin feeling great and my hair (woman) felt lovely and soft. Another review mentioned algae and I thought there would be lots of it in the water but it's literally just on the rocks in the pool so you don't come out looking like some kind of sea creature. The spring and pool were just hot enough for...

Really nice little local spot run by the youth organization. The pool is nicely maintained and is very nice and warm. Really fun for kids to play here! The hotpot is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. It’s not as hot as some others but that is perfect for kids. There is a hot shower with hair dryer and changing facilities. The view is unbeatable. Staff is very sweet. It costs 1500 per adult - I believe kids under a certain age are free (our 2 year...

Lovely hot pot with views of the bay and surrounding mountains, next to a swimming pool. We came at 10pm so it was empty and all to ourselves. Charges ISK1700 per person which was fine given it was well maintained and clean. Changing rooms were closed by the time we got there but as our AirBNB was nearby, we bathed and changed before arriving so that wasn’t a problem....
