I recently had the pleasure of visiting Godavari Pushkara Vanam in Rajahmundry, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. This large forest-like park is a hidden gem that offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The first thing that strikes you as you enter the park is the lush greenery that surrounds you. The vast expanse of trees, plants, and open spaces creates a serene and refreshing atmosphere. The park is meticulously maintained, and you can tell that a lot of effort has been put into preserving its natural beauty. One of the highlights of Godavari Pushkara Vanam is the breathtaking view of the Godavari River. The park is strategically located along the riverbank, providing visitors with a stunning vista of the water flowing gently alongside the greenery. It's the perfect spot to relax, take in the scenery, and connect with nature. For nature enthusiasts, this park is a paradise. You can spot a variety of bird species, butterflies, and other wildlife, making it a haven for birdwatchers and photographers. The walking trails and well-placed benches make it easy to explore the park at a leisurely pace. The park is also equipped with clean and well-maintained amenities. There are restrooms, refreshment stalls, and picnic areas, making it a great place for families and groups to spend a day. The park authorities have done an excellent job in ensuring the comfort and convenience of visitors. Godavari Pushkara Vanam is not just a park; it's a place of cultural significance as well. It hosts various events and festivals, providing a glimpse into the rich traditions and heritage of the region. In conclusion, Godavari Pushkara Vanam is a true oasis in the heart of Rajahmundry. It offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, tranquility, and cultural significance. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape, a chance to connect with nature, or a place to spend quality time with loved ones, this park has it all. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful park, and I can't wait to go back to experience its beauty once again.

This is one of the best places in Rajahmundry for a peaceful walk or a talk with someone. 1- OUTER PARK: This is a very well maintained park. Including the Forest Martyr's Memorial and the garden around it!!! A pretty good place for Family and Children! 2- PICNIC SPOT: This is the best place for a picnic! After the picnic USE THE DUSTBIN GUYS! 3- WALKING TRACK: This track is simply the best!! You can go around for a peaceful walk through the lush green reserve forest with pretty flowers, birds chirping and you get to see a ton of beautiful butterflies!! 4- RESERVE FOREST: This is a huge reserve forest with massive trees, monkeys, butterflies, sooooooo many exclusive plant species and hopefully some snakes😉🐍. 5- AMENITIES: You have Benches, Wooden Huts, Dustbins, Restrooms, Drinking Water. Everything is well maintained! ‼️Enjoy your day here, but don't ruin this place. Use the restrooms and dustbins responsibly!! And, That's it. Thanks for reading guys. Peace! ✌️💚

This large green space is developed with lot of good intentions. Nice place to spend time with family and friends. Unfortunately, the place is full of young couples which gives a wrong credit to the place. The place is used by lot of morning walkers. The area may be improved with variety of native plants to attract more wildlife. The nursery may be maintained well and saplings may be distributed to people who needs them to develop more greenary in the city. Placement of innovative interpretation and signage materials may help visitors to know about biodiversity of the area and etiquettes of the space.

A very poorly executed excellent plan. That is what this place is. You can see how they envisioned a good park with a velariety of areas and all, but the lack of maintenance is just pathetic. Considering that they charge a very high fee, the maintenance could be much better. Stray dogs and no proper dustbins around. The grounds weren't kept well. We saw a lot of people there for photo shoots which is feasible if you can blur and edit out the trash. Looks way better in photographs than in reality.

It is located on the left side of national highway while traveling from lalacheruvu of Rajahmundry to diwancheruvu after crossing HB colony. Previously it was free. But now they are charging too much for camera it is 50p per camera. Entrance charges will be 40rs per head. Now it is not advisible to go with camera. If you don't want to pay for camera there is no provision to keep your camera secure.
