Views are astonishing. It's a peaceful place if you are lucky, it's got a shed and please if you plan to party / picnic here .. take you thrash back with you. Place is not recommended if you have toddlers as the railing doesn't cover the complete spot. Be Careful.

Very Good place to visit at Sunrise.

Need a little bit of maintenance by local authorities Just on the road so need not to walk a lot, like Sonmunda which is an another sunrise view point.

And yes, many traveller confused this place with sonmunda too. In photographs i have seen many photographs of Sonmunda which is opposite side of Amarkanta (अमरकंठ)

One of the very best cliff of the mountains of the Amarkantak from where we can see the beauty of the valley .....It is as good as SONMUDA...

The plus point of the site is that it is very near to main road no extra efforts needed to be there....
