Wadali Garden — Attraction in Amravati

Wadali lake garden or Wadali talao is the only place in Amravati city where one can spend time with family and kids. This place is well connected with roads and its not far from city or almost in the city and one can go by autoriksha and bus. Wadali garden is having many basic rides for kids, also having facilities of horse riding, boating, toy train in very cheap rates like Rs.10, 20. This garden is having 3D movie theater as well so good for young people to roam around and spend time. Recently we organised our get together for 20 people in the garden instead of paying thousands for AC hall or hotel. This place is full of greenery so good for family meetings and picnic. Nice cozy place and the bird sounds as soon as you enter pleases you. Yes I am comparing this with the rushfull Pune. The entry fee ensures the place is well maintained. The garden area itself is on the smaller side though. Some seating area and lawn is likely to get full on Sunday. Availability of parking with a fee is appreciated as that ensures you are not blocking the road.

The important attraction is the lake which has nice and clean water. Because of good rainfall in last monsoon it has filled up in good quantity. Boating is available and is reasonably priced for a middle income family. Yes, they have life jackets.

Might be the first outing destination for the people of amravati. It's Nice, sober and silent place for family visits... Children always enjoy playing with traditional amusements like Slides and others...Along with parents... Their upgraded Mini train is also good...Where adults are also allowed to ride... Lake is not enjoyable as it was around 10 years back... Lack of maintenance and decline in rainfalls has collectively affected the over all health of the lake... .. Canteen is honestly not so Good...
