Trek is very beautiful, starts alongside the sea for about 2.5 to 3 kms and then gradually climb starts. There are a few streams u have to cross to reach the base of actual climb. The route is very beautiful with birds chirping and nice flora and fauna. Intial climb is good but gradually it gets very very steep as you go up. The distance shown in various websites is approx 8-9 kms one way but actual trek is about 12 kms one way. So please carry lots of water and food. There are no food stalls along the way. This is a very challenging and difficult climb for less fit persons. So if u have any comorbidities please don't take this trek as there is practically no assistance from local administration.
