Β Β Β Read moreDefinitely much needed green space and trek area for public residing in this part of the city. Thanks for the initiative. My only complaint would be regarding the charges for carrying a DSLR camera. It can be a nominal charge of 200 or 300 INR. They're charging 5000 INR for half-day photoshoot. Not all families or friends would visit for a half day photoshoot to this place. Some of them might just carry their camera to capture the flora and fauna. What about them? It definitely doesn't come under the category of photoshoot. Such unreasonable/illogical charges towards carrying a camera would put off many nature/photo enthusiasts. I still can't understand why our parks cannot come up with nominal charges while most of the hill stations, like Ooty and Kodaikanal keep their charges at a basic level. Are Ooty and Kodaikanal not so beautiful or our parks over here are extraordinary? I don't understand at all.
Adult ticket - 20 INR
Camera charges - half-day photoshoot - 5000 INR ππ€·.
Why?
Can anyone explain?
Apart from that complaint, everything else is good. Decent outing with family, for about 2 to 3 hours. Needs some more development and better security watch to prevent the public carrying plastic into the park. Already lots of plastic bottles thrown at most of the areas...
