I visited many palces but never reviewed them. I felt that the people should know about this place. I've visited many many activity zones but this is the worst in terms of customer relations. The staff is very rude and the service is even worse than that. Please don't visit with your family, your whole family mood gets destroyed. We took 1 hour package but left within 30 minutes. That's how rude the staff is. I travelled 2 hours to reach this place and I regret visiting this place with my family. If you are looking for a fun zone, I'd suggest go for a different place. It is definately a great idea and wonderful execution to have trampoline park there. The place is exuberant. I went for business along. I would like to suggest the owners. When I jumped on one bungee, it took all the pressure. But, I had been hit bya rod that's behind. This could be pretty dangerous for heavy kids and elders. After four days, I am still suffering the pain. Such injuries could lead to bigger problems for owners if anyone takes them serious. Please fix this. Do not allow people more than 75 kgs to jump on the slant bunkers till this is fixed. I can't help but give only 3 stars...
