There were high expectations but I was surprised that the management still lacks the proper coordination. We were left out in a room where the electricity was as going on and off. There was a huge suffocation inside. Overall I would not give any good reviews on the management when proceeding towards lord Balaji.

I will definitely appreciate the entire outlook of the temple management. The cleanest roads and the premises. The bus service. The Prasadam management is just incredible. I took the stairs to reach Balaji temple. I recommend people to try this out. Every 20 steps I can see a water tap available to serve water for the devotees. It’s so well maintained and the entire route there are speakers updates the celebrations and updates on the hill top. It’s all very tidy and I can see the security people or around. U are eligible to take a special Darshan if you take stairs which may be much faster than the regular line to Darshan.

Since it’s the oldest and richest temple in india. And around 60000 devotees visit this iconic temple. There are hardships for the management. I still recommend things can be better maintained especially while dealing with people standing in the queue. Maybe an I I T people can get some ideas.
