It’s was a very bad experience today with regards to quality of socks which was worn by my child -

We have the same quality socks which were worn by my child but he was asked to wear only bounce socks . Pathetic response by your staff . They were rude and did not allow him to enjoy the park All other places allow rubber grip socks which should be of good quality and can provide the necessary grip. Also no safety hoardings are being displayed across the playing area. Staff and child ratio is also not maintained . I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. We have been here just days after it opened. It was very safe for my kids. One suggestion I have for young kids is to take them in the morning as soon as the place opens so there are fewer adults and its more spacious and fun for them. As the place has no age limit, if it gets crowded, younger kids might have limited space to play with.

Otherwise, everything else was great and the owners were friendly, were constantly asking for feedback and had plans already in place for making the place more secure for the kids.
