I visited Vanjangi Hill in the winter of 2022, and the experience was absolutely unbelievable! The cold, crisp air and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a perfect getaway. The mountains covered with clouds, with the sun peeking through the peaks, created a breathtaking and almost magical scene. Watching the soft sunlight spread across the misty slopes is a memory I’ll treasure forever. The trails were refreshing and not too difficult, making the hike enjoyable for both beginners and nature lovers. Walking through the cool breeze, surrounded by clouds and quiet natural sounds, felt surreal. Reaching the top and seeing the vast landscape blanketed in clouds was an experience that words can hardly describe. However, one major downside I noticed everywhere was the presence of single-use plastic litter scattered along the paths and resting areas. It’s disheartening to see such a beautiful, untouched place being spoiled by careless waste. I strongly urge every traveler to carry their garbage with them and dispose of it properly after the trip. We all share the responsibility to keep these natural wonders clean for future visitors and for the environment. Despite this issue, Vanjangi Hill remains a hidden gem for anyone who loves nature, adventure, and peace. You can reach vanjangi in night, it will take you around 3-4 hours to reach from vizag by driving.🚗 . 🚫Internet connection is not stable in Vanajangi village camp areas so carry some cash with you. 🏧 Nearest ATMs are in Paderu . 🍜You can get breakfast in Vanajangi village 🍲For lunch and dinner you need to travel to Paderu . Tents are available in Vanajangi village, we got a tent for 2 people in 500Rs. ⛺️ . Accessibility: The hills may not be easily accessible by public or private transport, deterring potential visitors. Minimal Promotion: The Andhra Pradesh tourism department not have heavily promoted Vanajangi Hills compared to other destinations like Araku Valley or Lambasingi.
