Accoland — Attraction in Assam

Dear sir, I recently visited Accoland Guwahati with my family, and while it's a nice place for recreation, especially for children, there are some areas that need attention to enhance the overall experience.

Firstly, I found the ticket prices to be quite high for an ordinary person. Making them more reasonable would make the venue more accessible to a wider audience, allowing more families to enjoy the facilities.

Additionally, I noticed that the mirrors in the mirror maze were broken and dirty, which took away from the fun of that attraction. It would be great if this area could be renovated and properly maintained. We also experienced a long wait for the kids' cars due to some of them being off the road, which could have been better managed.

The quality of the water in some pools was concerning; it looked dirty, with leaves and even frogs inside, which scared my children. Ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance of the pools would greatly improve the safety and enjoyment of these areas.

Another issue was the lack of basic amenities, such as soap in the dress changing rooms for after swimming. There was no nearby shop to buy soap, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there were no nearby washrooms, which is essential, especially for children. Without these facilities, there is a risk of people relieving themselves in the pools, which poses hygiene issues. Providing proper washroom facilities would be a significant improvement.

Overall, while we enjoyed our time at Accoland Guwahati, these changes would make it a much better experience for everyone. I recently visited this place for the 4th time and could notice many differences than before! Earlier, the environment was okay but now, it has changed a lot!!! As a frequent visitor, I would like to comment on something that I noticed this time. The "manager”, something was surely wrong with him I would say. There's gender inequality for sure, he pays attention to female visitors than the male visitors. l went there with both my male friends and female friends but he was rude with the male ones and barely listened to them or paid attention! And his behavior towards us , the girls made us .feel uneasy. So i would surely suggest that some strict actions are taken against him and want him to change his behavior or rather change him, that would be better!!!! I didn't wanted to share all this things publicly but while I was going through some of the stuff here i also noticed that one of my good friend commented the same thing. So it's really sad that a place which we loved always, just because of someone like the manager is ruining. Also I would like to share an experience where he asked some of the visitors to sit near the gate and later he changed his mind and scolded them for sitting there and when the visitors defended themselves and said that, "you have only asked us to sit here!” he said that "yes! but now I'm asking you to get up which was really rude!” Actually, I was thinking of visiting Accoland in some days but after all these experiences and knowing that my friends also experienced the same, i would really don't recommend anyone to visit there and even i wouldn't like to visit there anymore until and unless the manager is changed or taken strict actions...
